Playlist | Adressing anti-Roma discrimination

Antigypsyism remains one of the most persistent forms of racism in Europe, affecting Roma communities through prejudice, stereotypes, exclusion and hate speech.

In this three-part webinar series, EUROM brings together experts to explore the history and memory of the Roma people, the genocide of Roma communities under Nazism, and educational strategies to combat antigypsyism and promote inclusive classrooms.

The playlist includes sessions by Anabel Carballo Mesa (FAGiC), Gonzalo Montaño Peña and Siljana Hyseni, offering historical perspectives and practical tools for teachers, educators and anyone interested in memory, human rights and social justice.

Organized by EUROM in collaboration with CESIRE (Department of Education of the Government of Catalonia) and the Institute for Professional Development (IDP-ICE) of the University of Barcelona.
