Europe for Citizens. Intermediate Report and New Perspectives on the Europe for Citizens programme

Presentation

The Europe for Citizens Point Spain in Madrid promotes the presentation of the intermediate report about the implementation of the programme Europe for Citizens.

The document analyzes the first phase of implementation of the program (2014-2020), and will be delivered by the europarliamentary María Teresa Gímenez Barbat, member of the Committee of Culture and Education of the European Parliament and speaker of the report, together with Jordi Guixé,  director of the EUROM and advisor.

The session will discuss opportunities, perspectives and challenges of the Europe for Citizens programme, and is addressed to local and regional authorities, civil society organizations, twinning committees, think tanks and research, educational or cultural institutions, among other non-profit organizations, as well to all those interested in citizen participation. Two beneficiary organizations will expose their good practices, and the Head of Unit of the Europe for Citizens programme, Gilles Pelayo, will sepak about recommendations for potential applicants.
