Synopsis
The family is not touched and neither are their secrets. But what if these are also the secrets of a country and a past that people are reluctant to remember? “Adriana’s Pact” tells the story of Liss who, at the age of 23, finds out that her adored aunt in her youth worked for Pinochet’s secret police and, in Chile, she is accused of committing brutal human rights violations. The naive and innocent niece investigates and decides to get involved in her aunt’s past to find the truth. Liss experiences a disappointment that leads her to make the decision to expose herself in this documentary in order to provide new generations with reflection and dialogue around her painful historical heritage.
