This playlist brings together the testimonies of five European women who lived through some of the defining events of 20th-century Europe and experienced the struggle for democratic freedoms firsthand. Through in-depth interviews, EUROM and Domestic Data Streamers transformed some of their memories for which no photographic record exists into evocative AI-generated images.
