The aim is to address this field of work because of its legal aspects, \u00a0but also due to the social and political effects that have led to the development of \u201cremembrance laws\u201d.<\/h4>\n<h3>Rapporteur:\u00a0<span style=\"color: #eb7d4b;\"><a style=\"color: #eb7d4b;\" href=\"http:\/\/www.academia.edu\/31259815\/Maria_Chiara_Bianchini_-_Patrimonios_disonantes_y_memorias_democr%C3%A1ticas_una_comparaci%C3%B3n_entre_Chile_y_Espa%C3%B1a_\">Maria Chiara Bianchini<\/a><\/span><\/h3>\n<h5 style=\"text-align: justify;\">Doctor\u00a0in contemporary history and American studies by the Autonomous University of Madrid and the Universit\u00e0 degli Studi di Roma Tre, her main area of reaserch is the expressions of the memory (s) in urban spaces and places. She has been Marie Curie Fellow at the Institute of Language, Literature and Anthropology of the Higher Council for Scientific Research (ILLA-CSIC, Madrid, ES)\u00a0and is currently a postdoctoral researcher in the\u00a0<span style=\"color: #eb874b;\"><a style=\"color: #eb874b;\" href=\"http:\/\/www.unrest.eu\/\" target=\"_blank\">UNREST project<\/a>:<\/span>\u00a0Unsettling Remembering and Social Cohesion in Transnational Europe in the same institute.
