DESCRIPTION:“From Málaga to the Pyrenees”\nThe Socio-Cultural Association and Club Senderista La Desbandá\, togehter with the Catalan Association of Express Politics of Francoism\, the Amical of Former Guerrillers of Catalonia\, the Amical of the International Brigades\, the Mataró Historical Memory Research Group\, the Memorial du Camp d’Argelès-sur-Mer\, and the EUROM (European Observatory on Memories)\, promotes a memorial march of the 1939 Retreat (La Retirada) following the main exile route from Barcelona to Portbou on the so-called Carretera de Francia. \nWe call it March 0 because we want to carry out a comprehensive march in 2024 and this year will serve as a meeting point for the largest number of memorialist\, republican and social groups before 2024.
