Una de ellas era el uso extensivo de la simbolog\u00eda fascista, la cual establec\u00eda una clara jerarqu\u00eda de control territorial. Esto era visible en los nombres de calles, en las placas de vivienda, en los monumentos, y muy especialmente en los espacios de control y represi\u00f3n del r\u00e9gimen. Muchos de estos elementos han desaparecido, han sido eliminados, almacenados o bien resignificados durante la democracia por la sociedad civil y las administraciones locales. A partir de la llamada \u00abLey de Memoria Hist\u00f3rica\u00bb de 2007 los s\u00edmbolos de la dictadura deber\u00edan haber desaparecido de nuestro espacio p\u00fablico. Ubicados en un nuevo contexto, -sin ambig\u00fcedades en lo que ata\u00f1e a su significaci\u00f3n fascista-, volvemos a ubicar estos elementos simb\u00f3licos en el espacio p\u00fablico en tanto que objetos contrarios a los valores de una sociedad democr\u00e1tica. Una cartograf\u00eda interactiva permite conocer la ubicaci\u00f3n de gran parte de estas placas, as\u00ed como diversos espacios de represi\u00f3n y control, monumentos y nomencl\u00e1tor del franquismo.
